Head of Accreditation
Birmingham 2022 is recruiting for a Head of Accreditation to perform an integral role in the Accreditation strategy, Camiseta LOSC Lille planning, scoping and operations. This role will also lead on defining and developing the concept of a (secured data) on-line accreditation system and the implementation of an accreditation plan approved by the commonwealth games Federation to ensure an effective authorised access protocol is in place for the safe and smooth operation of the Games.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the Accreditation functional Area, developing the strategy, organisation, multi-agency team and operational plans
Determine requirements and the implementation plan for an accreditation system for commonwealth games Federation approval
Define and develop the 2022 Accreditation Roadmap in association with Police, B2022 technology and security Departments and key games stakeholders such as UK Borders
Analyse and refine the stakeholder analysis and requirements as they relate to Accreditation
Support venue planning providing qualified insightful planning input
Lead the creation and refinement of venue accreditation zoning to meet the requirements for access control for the successful operation of the Games
Define and develop the concept of a (secured data) computerised on-line accreditation application facility as part of the games management Systems in close co-operation with the technology department
Develop the staffing structure and recruitment plan to an agreed timeline for the Accreditation functional Area
Determine and manage the budget for the Accreditation FA in line with B2022 policies and procedures. Undertake effective review of budgets and periodically conduct reviews to identify opportunities and risks
Liaise with relevant government authorities regarding procedures for entry into the host country for accredited games participants
Further develop and maintain relationships with the relevant authorities to agree procedures for security vetting of accreditation applicants
Build and manage a high-performance, client and service focused team capable of delivering a high quality, reputable and fully CGF compliant process.

Head of Catering, cleaning & Waste
B2022 are looking for an experienced events leader in Catering, cleaning and Waste. You will be developing a unique Games-Time Catering, cleaning and waste vision and strategy. This pivotal role will take responsibility for scoping, procuring, negotiating and managing multiple contracts across the games wide footprint of competition and non-competition venues.
Along with building a leading edge CC&W team and contractor delivery capability, developing a Food Vision for the games and ensuring the sourcing and sustainability elements for the CCW function will be key strategic deliverables for the role.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement games wide catering, cleaning and waste (CC&W) strategic and operational plans
Develop “B2022 Food Vision” through engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Develop and manage the application of nutritional, ethnic and dietary guidelines
Provide specialist CC&W input to design and operation of games venues, sites and facilities
Develop operational strategies for all food and beverage venues (competition and non-competition)
Establish appropriate MOU’s with all games Venues in respect of required Catering, cleaning & waste services
Work with Procurement and Sponsorship to identify all CC&W procurement requirements and identify VIK and sponsorship opportunities where possible
Co-ordinate and prepare all necessary tender documentation for development of suitable catering, cleaning and waste removal agreements with suitably qualified service contract providers
Contribute to the relationships in respect of Catering, cleaning & waste with Birmingham City Council and other local authorities involved in theGames
Ensure contract caterers strict adherence to Food safety standards and all contractors compliance to environmental and health and safety standards
Build, lead and manage a high-performance team, including recruitment, development, performance management, problem resolution, coaching, objective setting and other duties related to leading and managing a team.

Head of Logistics
B2022 is recruiting for a Head of Logistics to play a key role in developing and leading a full lifecycle logistics supply chain model, pivotal to the success of the Games. This role will Camiseta Borussia Dortmund provide leadership to the Logistics functional area within the Organising committee and will develop the strategic plan for the delivery of a multi-faceted logistics operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and building a multi-partner logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and supplies for the games into venues as well as providing logistics support for other functional Areas, client groups and stakeholders during the build up to games Time, through the games and during the post games move out of the venues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the scoping, negotiation and management of multiple contracts encompassing customs and freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution, in-venue logistics operational delivery and the supply and installation of vital FF&E for the Games.
Responsibilities
Provide clear leadership and direction to the Logistics functional Area
Develop a logistics model that builds on current best practice and available local resources to deliver a comprehensive, robust, end-to-end and full lifecycle service
Working with the commercial functional area and Procurement, secure a third party Logistics company – preferably as a sponsor relationship – to provide services in warehousing, distribution, venue logistics and customs and freight as part of the B2022 organising committee capability.
Build sponsor relationships, including securing VIK services where appropriate.
Undertake a commercially pragmatic approach to the provision of Furniture, Fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and logistics services
Lead the provision of advice and guidance to B2022 on all logistics, freight forwarding and warehousing and distribution activities including licensing and regulatory requirements
Lead the identification and contracting of an appropriate logistics warehouse solution that meets all space and location requirements in conjunction with the Logistics provider
Scope and contract the logistics fleet, equipment and systems necessary to support the games and any designated pre-Games and post games requirements
Lead the development of the games time FF&E requirements and work with Procurement and suppliers/sponsors to ensure the timely delivery of the most appropriate product
Lead the development of the Master delivery schedule and develop with security the other Camiseta Leeds United required keys to the gate access protocols for deliveries to games Time venues.
Work collaboratively with Procurement functional area and B2022 operational FAs to schedule major games asset deliveries to be compatible with warehouse capacity and bump in schedules
In collaboration with workforce FA develop realistic staffing projections and strategies to attract and retain logistics teams throughout the Games
In collaboration with logistics companies review workforce recruitment strategies to ensure sufficient, appropriately trained staff are recruited and trained
Agree post games asset distribution process and with Procurement, identify an appropriate disposal agent
In collaboration with Overlay FA develop the integrated venue Timeline and bump-in in line with that roadmap
Manage all in venue logistics and manual handling activities including materials handling equipment provision

Catering, cleaning & waste planning & delivery Managers
B2022 are looking for two Catering, cleaning & waste planning & delivery Managers, to deliver on the provision of services for the games in these vital areas; one to focus on competition Venues, and the other to focus on village and Non-Competition Venues. The incumbent of this role will be responsible for the total project planning and operations management of venue service contracts across sites to deliver Catering, cleaning & waste (CCW) services to the key client groups.
The CCW planning & delivery Managers will be actively involved in the procurement and selection of contractors and assist with the negotiation of agreements. The initial phase of this role will also involve the CCW FA planning of services within venues as part of the wider Organising Committee’s venue Operational Planning. The role will ultimately become operational and will involve the implementation and site supervision of the CCW FA services contracts for one or more venues or the village and non-competition venues.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development, interpretation and implementation of the B2022 Food Vision
Develop the defined operational strategies and plans per venue location. consult with Organising committee (OC) venue managers, existing facility owners and other related parties regarding the physical needs and requirements necessary to coordinate and manage the development of the CCW FA services
Project planning throughout the CCW FA procurement phase through to contracted service company operational readiness and delivery
Management of all timelines and responsibilities in the relationship between the OC and the CCW contracted service companies from award to completion of the contract.
Development of forecasting for food service requirements across the relevant client groups
Ensure compliance with OC contract terms, policies and procedures
Monitor and manage CCW FA set budgets, financial data spreadsheet development, financial reporting and pricing models.
Manage cross functional meetings within the Villages and non-competition venues and ensure clear & concise communication
Assistance with games Overlay in the design of CCW FA operational space
Monitor and report on food safety standards to ensure food safety is maintained
Monitor and report on the progress of agreed contract timelines, contingencies, scope changes and milestones
Support in the recruitment, development, support, scheduling and retention of the CCW FA workforce including volunteers according to the B2022 workforce strategy and associated policies and procedures
Assist with the administration of the Games-wide ‘contractor meals programme’
Develop and facilitate CCW FA contractor ‘games readiness’ workshops/educational / training sessions where required
