Maintain a clean as well as risk-free work area on location as well as ensure all health and wellness & security standards, policies as well as procedures are adhered to.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
Proven experience in a leadership function in events, operations or logistics management
Proven experience of building efficient connections with a range of interior as well as outside stakeholders
Demonstrable experience in managing on the day logistics/event operations as well as the administration of a setup/breakdown as well as shipment schedule
Attention to detail, excellent time management, interpersonal, oral, written, presentation as well as communication skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, in specific Excel as well as capability to discover as well as operate on the internet systems
Knowledge of logistics planning as well as administration at events
Highly durable as well as able to work calmly when under pressure to satisfy immovable deadlines in difficult circumstances as well as to go the additional mile
